Take What You Need

Leadership requires you to navigate complexity, lead people, strengthen culture, solve challenges, and shape what comes next. That's why we created the FFTA Leadership Summit, so leaders can step away from the day-to-day and focus on developing solutions together. Because stronger leadership isn't built in isolation.

Bringing Leaders Together

The FFTA 2026 Leadership Summit is intentionally designed for senior/executive level leaders and boards from nonprofit organizations of varying sizes and missions navigating increasing complexity, accountability, and change, including but not limited to:

  • Chief Executive Officers and Executive Directors

  • Senior Leadership Team Members

  • Board Chairs, Officers, and Board Members

  • Emerging nonprofit sector leaders

To encourage stronger board-management partnerships, FFTA is offering a discounted rate of $299 for Board Chairs, Officers, and Board Members attending in partnership with agency leadership.

This year’s event features three tracks:

Adaptive Leadership: How We Navigate Change

Being willing to challenge assumptions, respond thoughtfully to changing circumstances, and recognize that some of our most pressing problems cannot be solved by relying on the approaches we've always used.

Impact and Systems Influence: How We Shape the Future

How can we use data and evidence to demonstrate meaningful outcomes? How can we build stronger partnerships, elevate the voices of those we serve, and influence the systems in which we operate? And how can we ensure that the work we're doing today contributes to lasting, positive change?

Resilience and Sustainability: How Our Organizations Endure

Building healthy, resilient organizations that can withstand uncertainty while continuing to support the workforce, maintain strong operations, and continue serving children and families well into the future.
